Luna portrait thing by Oscarina1234 Luna portrait thing by Oscarina1234
So I made another Luna thing, can you tell that this was a sketch but I just colored it? Maaan, my sketches always turn out like this for some odd reason when I color them xD

Have a Luna with that cloak on because she looks absolutely fabulous in it. nyeeeeeh,... idk.
Enjoy your day, too tired. It's currently 00:07 here in Sweden as I am uploading it xD

I think anyone would look fabulous in a cloak. -u-
Anyway, I think you did a lovely work colouring the hair! I like this kind of ''thicker strands of hair'' type of style. If you know what I mean. ^^;
Though if I may give you a little tip, when adding sparkles/glitter don't use too much white. If you would have added a bit of colour to some of the glitter (especially on the darker parts of the hair) it would still have made it stand out (or pop XD) and give it more life.
If you don't want any criticism/tips from me in the future just let me know, ok?
It's a very nice painting though, especially the hair like I mentioned before looks absolutely amazing! And I think you may know by now that I love blue. C;

Cloaks are just fabulous <3 and yeah, I get what you mean by the thicker strands of hair! Glad to know you like that sort of style c:

Aaah, I got it c: Thanks for them criticism and stuff c: I'll keep that in mind for when I draw glitter next time. I usually draw glitter like that so now I've learnt something new ^-^
I love your tips and criticism! It helps me and you also teach me something when giving me these tips as well so please, continue with the criticism xD

Well judging from your art, I've seen plenty of blue so yeah c: It's sort of contradictory to your name though, you know, Green042 ;D

Indeed they are! Though I think the ''hood area'' is so difficult to get right. X(
Oh yeah, I love that kind of hair! Actually, anything that looks ''painted'' is really gorgeous. C:

Oh good, I'm glad you appreciated it, I know some people can be a little sensitive when it comes to criticism so I was a bit worried. XD
And since you want it, I'll try to do it more often. I like them too so if you spot anything wrong in my work don't ever hesitate to let me know. C;

Yeah, it kinda is! XD For a while I was actually thinking about creating a new account so I could change my username.

But I have grown really attached to Green now. -u-

Oh my god! Hoods are so freaking hard to draw, I swear >_>
Yeah, I really like pictures that have a "painted" feel to it but hair in general looks gorgeous <3
But alas, I have trouble starting digital painting D: I am really interested in it(a lot of it coming from you) but I just don't how to approach it. :c

Ah, yeah. I am a sensitive person but I don't say: "There is nothing wrong with it! YOU'RE A HATER!". People like that just can't handle criticism but don't worry, though I am sensitive I won't cry/get mad over criticism ^^ I'm really grateful for it sooo Keep up the damn good work.
Oh pft! As much as I try to find errors in your stuff there's just so much good in it I overlook the negativites xD But don't worry, I will always point out something that seems strange with your stuff ;D

Rather than getting a new account you could just get membership ^^ You can change the username whenever so it'd be pretty easy and you won't have to go through the hassle of getting a new account c:

Heh, Green is quite nice so why not keep it? =P I'm used to calling you Green ^^

Yeah, I have absolutely no Idea how to draw hoods, I even have a character who is practically just a hood and robe but I can never draw her because I can't DRAW HOODS! DX

I like that painted feel too, it's pretty! C:

Hmm, I remember when I started out with digital painting I watched a lot of speedpaints on youtube and downloaded a lot of linearts from DA to paint, since then I wouldn't have to worry about drawing anything first and could just focus on the colouring.
Something I do now though is that I have images laying around in my computer for practice purposes only, meaning I never intend to finish them but just something I can experiment on and try out different techniques on and I usually work on them for several weeks or even months. And even though I know I will never finish them I always strive to make them perfect and correct every single error in them. They're really good practice for me anyway. ; )

Hehe, to be honest, I can be sensitive too sometimes but I'm also really desperate to become better, so I appreciate your honest opinions! ;D

No, I used to dislike my name, I love it now! : D

LOOK WHO'S REPLYING LATE? CRIPES! Sorry for the late reply, sheezus x_x

Hoods are a PAIN to draw and I can relate to you. I love to draw characters with a robe or something like it but they are so hard to draw. The folds and how it's supposed to shape itself around the head, euigsfbhfsdi so much hard work.

Painted feeel, that reminds me that I have to start drawing something more painted-like. I've been sketching so much I haven't DRAWN anything properly = P

Alright so I'm going to make a check-list now:
1. Watch speed paints
2. PAAAINT!
That seems accurate enough c:
I have trouble deciding the color pallete and the techniques when painting. It always turns out to be extremely different from my previous attempts and then I forget how I painted the previous attempts and everything gets all jumbled. It must be really convenient to have images laying around for practicing purposes, I don't have that luxury. I guess the only way to get started is by experimenting. Working on them for months and weeks must be... annoying. I am an impatient person so I'd just die xD

I think we're all sensitive ^^ A lot of peole are sensitive no matter how tough they act = P

I think we're both awesome at replying late. -u-

Yes, you should do something more paint-like. I love looking at painted stuff. :dummy:

Hm, yeah. Deciding the colour pallete is hard, I find it difficult myself. I mean, there is a reason why all my paintings have the same colours. Purple and blue is all I can work with.

Yes, experimenting is probably the best way to learn. ; )

Odd? NAH!! With a smile like that it came out perfectly. To be serious it look very well done mate. The face look nice and not creepy, colors are great, hoodie be b**ching, hair though not transparent still looks great, and all around looks badass. Awesome job mate.
